ACS offers a wide range of Service Level Agreements that can be tailored to meet the specific needs of your business.

From ad-hoc support with priority parameters to 24 × 7 with 1 hour maximum response agreements, ACS can support your business in the most appropriate manner and within your budget.

ACS offers a variety of methods by which your business can request services.

  • You can use the ACSNZ Job site and log your service request directly into our system. You are able to view the status, progress and completion notes at any stage throughout the process
  • You can call ACS on 03 943 2300 or on 0508 4 ACSHELP (422743) and discuss your requirements with one of the team. They will either help resolve the issue over the phone, or log the call to be attended to at a scheduled time
  • You can contact your Account Manager – on mobile or landline. Your Account Manager will organise a resource for you and log a job to be actioned appropriately
